You’ve planned your perfect day to make all of your wedding dreams come true. However, will your friends walk away from your wedding saying lots of fabulous things but then add “…….. but we are going to have to get dance lessons so that we don’t just stand there and sway looking awkward like they did…….”
Undeniably this is the main motivation behind most of the couples that come to see us to learn their first dance. “They don’t just want to stand there and shuffle around” like their friends did at the wedding last week! “We want to look like we know how to dance” is also something else that we hear a lot.
It’s easy to think that you don’t need to have dance lessons for your wedding especially since it’s only a few minutes out of your wedding day and you “don’t really like dancing anyway.” Sometimes it all just seems too hard, and too time consuming and too daunting to go to dance lessons. Here is why I think you should take dance lessons.

Frequently brides call us 1 or 2 weeks out from their wedding panicked that they don’t know how to dance, haven’t picked a song and really don’t want to be embarrassed on their wedding day. They are imagining themselves standing in the middle of the dance floor, with all eyes on them. Friends and family waiting and watching for something to happen, anything to happen, while neither of them know what to do! The first question they all ask…….. do I have enough time to fix this?
The answer is YES!
